以速生杨木为原料,采用液化技术进行预处理后发酵制备燃料乙醇。探讨了预处理温度、时间、催化剂用量及液比对乙醇得率的影响。采用响应面法建立二次回归模型,并对预处理工艺进行了优化。研究结果表明液化技术预处理能有效的促进杨木降解,提高乙醇的得率。当预处理温度为107.78℃、预处理时间为83.70 min、催化剂用量为3.01%时,燃料乙醇的得率比相同条件下未进行液化预处理的试样提高了24.21%。
Poplar wood as raw material, the use of liquefaction technology pretreatment after fermentation ethanol fuel. The effects of pretreatment temperature, time, catalyst dosage and liquid ratio on ethanol yield were discussed. The response surface method was used to establish the quadratic regression model and the pretreatment process was optimized. The results show that liquefaction pretreatment can effectively promote the degradation of poplar and improve the yield of ethanol. When the pretreatment temperature is 107.78 ℃, the pretreatment time is 83.70 min and the amount of catalyst is 3.01%, the yield of fuel ethanol is 24.21% higher than that of the sample without liquefaction pretreatment under the same conditions.
