农村供电作为供电企业的主要业务之一,也是供电企业的主要营销领域。而随着国家对农电制度的改进,供电企业农电营销管理逐渐成为企业的主要工作之一。加上农电营销管理中存在的问题日益突出,使得供电企业对农电营销的管理工作迫在眉睫。本就供电企业农电营销管理的现状进行分析,以探讨有效的提高企业农电营销管理的方法。
Rural power supply is one of the main businesses of power supply companies and is also the main marketing area of power supply companies. With the improvement of the country’s rural power system, the marketing management of rural power supply companies has gradually become one of the company’s major tasks. With the increasingly prominent problems in the marketing management of rural power, it is extremely urgent for the power supply companies to manage the rural power marketing. This paper analyzes the current situation of the marketing management of agricultural power supply companies in power supply companies to explore ways to effectively improve the marketing management of agricultural power enterprises.
