本文采用网格法实验研究圆筒毛坯拉延的变形规律,圆板坯上的对数螺线在一次(或多次)拉延后成为圆筒侧壁上一条曲线,用网格法求出该曲线的斜率,并用数学模型y′=ax+e~(b x)或y′=Ax+1拟合,从而导出圆筒毛坯拉延的变形表达式。这样可以预测圆板坯上半径为r的任意一点在拉延后的变形情况。
In this paper, the deformation of cylindrical blank drawing is studied by using the grid method. The logarithmic spiral on the circular blank is a curve on the side wall of the cylinder after being drawn once (or several times) The slope of this curve is then fitted to the mathematical model y ’= ax + e ~ (bx) or y’ = Ax + 1 to derive the deformation of the cylindrical blank. This can predict the circular slab radius r at any point in the deformation after drawing.
