针对现有离心式风机因定量供风导致的通风系统风量无法与矿井实际需求风量相匹配的技术不足,提出了一种新型的变量离心风机的设计方案。设计采用液压为动力,风机叶片角度可变化的方法,使得风机叶片沿风机轴向的投影宽度发生变化,进而实现风机通风量的改变。工业生产中,风机可根据井下开采对风量需求调整通风量,实现与井下实际风量需求相匹配的目的。
In view of the lack of technology of existing centrifugal fan due to the wind volume of ventilation system that can not be matched with the actual required air volume of the mine, a new design scheme of variable centrifugal fan is proposed. The design uses hydraulic as power and the fan blade angle can be changed, which makes the fan blade’s projection width change along the axial direction of the fan, and then changes the fan ventilation rate. In industrial production, the fan can adjust the ventilation rate according to the demand for air volume in underground mining to achieve the purpose of matching with the actual air volume requirement in the underground.
