某钢混结合梁独塔斜拉桥采用准单索面形式,成桥阶段和施工阶段动力特性相差较大,且该桥处于我国东南沿海的台风多发区,抗风性能是该桥设计和施工共同关注的主要问题之一。本文以该桥成桥状态和施工最大单悬臂状态的动力特性分析为基础,进行了主梁颤振稳定性试验、涡振性能试验和静气动力系数试验,以及风荷载分析和风荷载响应计算。结果表明:该桥成桥状态和施工最大单悬臂状态均具有良好的颤振和涡振稳定性;但施工最大单悬臂状态风荷载响应远大于成桥状态,为应对台风风险,施工过程中应采取合适的抗风预案。
