分离得到ＢＬ０１、ＧＮ０３和ＸＭ１８拮抗菌株。室内测定其复合制剂对Ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍｏｘｙｓｐｏｒｕｍ、Ａｌｔｅｒｎａｒｉａａｌｔｅｒｎａｔａ等５种真菌病原的抑制效果均为１００％；对番茄和棉花种子包衣处理，可提高种子出苗率，幼苗生长健壮；田间试验增产率为２３．５％和４９．７％；对苗期病害具有明显的防治效果。
BL01, GN03 and XM18 antagonistic strains were isolated. The inhibitory effect of the composite preparations on five fungal pathogens such as Fusarium oxysporum and Alternaria alternata were all determined to be 100% in indoor tests. Seed coating of tomato seeds and cotton seeds could increase seedling emergence rate and seedling growth robustly. The yield increase in field trials was 23.5% And 49.7% respectively. It had obvious control effect on seedling disease.
