电力机车车顶用绝缘子,多年来运行事故率偏高,据统计多发性事故为污秽闪络。运用部门一直要求提高绝缘子的耐污能力,这就牵涉到如何选择一个既符合实际情况、又能付诸实现的设计标准问题。一、机车绝缘子的实际污秽情况为了查清机车用车顶绝缘子的实际污秽情况,我厂于84年6~8月对石家庄、太原北、宝鸡、马角坝四个电力机车段的运用机车进行了测试工作,测试的结果列于表1。
