目的识别、分析与评价2015年南通市某聚丙烯膜生产企业聚丙烯膜生产项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,为其提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法采用现场调查、类比法和检查表的方法进行综合分析。结果类比调查显示,再造粒岗位的噪声强度分别为96.7、90.6 d B,该岗位噪声强度(≥85.0 d B)不符合国家职业卫生标准,其余岗位的职业危害因素检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目。聚丙烯膜在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、噪声、高温、电离辐射。企业应当在职业卫生管理制度和噪声设备防护措施方面加以改进,将职业危害控制在较低水平。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards that may occur during the production of polypropylene film in a polypropylene film manufacturer in Nantong in 2015, and provide them with necessary occupational hazards protection countermeasures and suggestions. Methods The methods of on-the-spot investigation, analogy method and checklist were used for comprehensive analysis. The results of the analogy survey showed that the noise intensity of the re-granulation post was 96.7,90.6 d B, respectively. The noise intensity of this position (≥85.0 d B) did not meet the national occupational health standards. The occupational hazards in other positions were in line with national occupational health standard. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction project with serious occupational hazards. Polypropylene film in the production process may cause occupational hazards are dust, noise, high temperature, ionizing radiation. Enterprises should improve occupational health management system and noise equipment protection measures, and control occupational hazards at a relatively low level.
