我地某厂SZW 4-13锅炉,一贯使用良好,去年某日突然出现水位异常:工作压力下水泵一启动,水位上升极快;水泵一停,水位马上下降,因而被迫停炉,表压降至零时又无此现象。厂里认真查找原因,从排污阀到给水管,从水泵体到逆止阀,可能性一一排除。最后分析到上锅筒内部:很可能附件特别是布水装置出毛病。于是停炉进入锅内检查,问题果然在此。锅内给水分布管连接螺拴脱落,法兰分离。其结果是,锅外给水在锅内走短路,给水分布装置失效,造成锅筒内水击事故,以至汽水共腾,在水位计上表现为水位异常。
My factory SZW 4-13 boiler has always been in good use. Suddenly one day last year, there was an abnormal water level. When the water pump started to work under pressure, the water level rose very fast.
