鼻咽部脑膜膨出颇为罕见。现将我科1986年收治的1例报告如下。患者,男,16岁。于1986年10月10日入院。患者出生时发现唇裂、腭裂。从腭裂缺口可见一如小花生米大的肿物,且随年龄的增长而逐渐增大,平时讲话不清。无头部外伤史,家人无同样病史。检查:身长1.2m,体重19kg,鼻梁轻度塌陷。 Nasopharyngeal meningeal swelling is quite rare.
