作为成体干细胞,造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cells,HSCs)因具有成熟的研究体系以及较为清晰的分化发育途径而成为干细胞研究的典范。HSCs通过分化发育及自我更新维持着整个造血系统的平衡,其研究的难点在于体内数量较少以及表型鉴定困难。随着新技术方法的涌现,尤其是单细胞功能实验的引入,人们对HSCs的生物学功能有了更深入的了解,HSCs异质性便是其中较为突出的一点。在进行单细胞功能实验时,人们发现不同的HSCs向淋系及髓系发育的潜能具有差异,这就是HSCs功能的异质性,由此带来的HSCs亚型的研究成为HSCs研究热点之一。
As adult stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) have become a model for stem cell research due to their mature research system and clearer differentiation and developmental pathways. HSCs maintain the balance of the entire hematopoietic system through differentiation and self-renewal. The difficulty of the study is that the number of HSCs in vivo is low and phenotypic identification is difficult. With the advent of new technological methods, especially the introduction of single-cell functional experiments, people have a better understanding of the biological functions of HSCs. The heterogeneity of HSCs is one of the more prominent ones. In the single cell function experiments, we found that different HSCs to lymphoid and myeloid development potential difference, which is the heterogeneity of HSCs function, the resulting HSCs subtype has become one of HSCs research hot spots .
