工程质量、投资、进度控制是工程建设管理的三大主要任务。质量乃工程根本,投资为关键,进度是中心。足见工程施工进度的重要性,它对整个建设工程进度具有重要的影响,直接影响建设工程完成时间。因此,工程施工进度的管理与控制是保证工程能否按期完工交付使用,及时发挥经济效益和社会效益。本文对工程建设管理中施工进度的管理及控制工作进行分析,提出相应的管理控制措施和建议。
