用放射免疫法测定22例正常儿童血浆内皮素（ET）含量（84．13±26．16pg／ml）±s，健康成人组26例（88．43±26．27pg／ml）；急性肾炎急性或9例（106．55±21．11pg／ml），急性肾炎恢复期15例（77．63±34．11pg／ml），单纯性肾病10例（140．03±51．80pg／ml），成人慢性肾炎组11例（223．32±68．09pg／ml）。
The levels of plasma endothelin (ET) in 22 normal children (84.13 ± 26.16 pg / ml) ± s were measured by radioimmunoassay in 26 cases (88.43 ± 26.27pg / ml) in healthy adults. Acute nephritis Or 9 cases (106.55 ± 21.11 pg / ml), 15 cases (77.63 ± 34.11 pg / ml) of acute nephritis convalescence, 10 cases of simple nephropathy (140.03 ± 51.80 pg / ml) Eleven patients (223.32 ± 68.09pg / ml) had adult chronic nephritis.
