本文旨在利用荧光偏振免疫(FPIA)分析技术检测被污染的药茶样品中的黄曲霉素。通过化学方法合成了荧光示踪物,并通过薄层色谱(TLC)和质谱(MS)进行检测。荧光偏振值通过偏振光进行检测。结果表明,黄曲霉素的FPIA检出限(LOD)为20ng·mL~(-1),半数抑制质量浓度(IC_(50))为371.80ng·mL~(-1),检测范围为92.76~252.32ng·mL~(-1)。与常规的高效液相检测方法相比较,FPIA检测方法具有快速,成本低等优点,可适用于药茶中黄曲霉素的高通量筛选。
This article aims to detect aflatoxins in contaminated herbal tea samples using the fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) analysis technique. Fluorescent tracers were synthesized chemically and detected by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and mass spectrometry (MS). The fluorescence polarization value is detected by polarized light. The results showed that the detection limit of aflatoxins was 20 ng · mL -1, the IC 50 was 371.80 ng · mL -1, the detection range was 92.76 ~ 252.32ng · mL -1. Compared with the conventional high performance liquid phase detection method, the FPIA detection method has the advantages of fastness and low cost, and can be applied to the high-throughput screening of aflatoxins in the tea.
