在潍坊白浪河摩天轮项目中,由于构成轮盘的空间圆环存在规则的数学表达形式,所以对轮面网格杆件及其交叉节点采用了参数化的设计方法。后期,对这些参数设计节点编制了能够自动生成有限元模型、自动进行有限元计算、自动统计结果的程序,对238个节点进行了遍历性的有限元验算,大大提高了对危险节点位置的甄别和处理效率。同时对摩天轮内外弦的X型和KK型节点分别进行了参数化验算,对采用参数化设计及模型计算所生成的前处理和后处理数据进行了节点的强度验算,相关节点的强度均满足设计要求。
