采用国产高分子多孔微球-GDX系列吸附富集,用反相HPLC技术对水体中久效磷、甲基对硫磷和辛硫磷农药残留进行了同时测定。三种不同型号色谱固定相:GDX-102、GDX-301及GDX-501对水体中ppb级久效磷、甲基对硫磷和辛硫磷的富集效率分别达到85%、93%和91%以上。采用μ-BonddapakC18作固定相、极性溶剂甲醇-水(70:30)作为流动相,流速在0.4~0.8mL/min范围内对题示三种有机磷的分离度达到1.2以上。用于水体中有机磷残留进行分析,结果令人满意。
Adopting domestic polymer porous microspheres-GDX series for adsorption enrichment, the residues of monocrotophos, methyl parathion and phoxim in water were determined by reversed-phase HPLC. The enrichment efficiencies of ppb levels of monocrotophos, methyl parathion and phoxim in water were 85%, 93% and 91%, respectively, for three different chromatographic stationary phases: GDX-102, GDX-301 and GDX-501 %the above. Using μ-Bonddapak C18 as the stationary phase and the polar solvent methanol-water (70:30) as the mobile phase, the resolution of the indicated three kinds of organophosphorus was 1.2 in the range of 0.4 ~ 0.8mL / min the above. Organic phosphorus residues in water for analysis, the results are satisfactory.
