针对HXD3型机车牵引电机轴断裂问题,结合电机轴设计特点、断裂位置制作了超声波探伤实物对比试块,收集了固定反射回波及人工锯口缺陷回波,对比小角度探头与直探头探伤的检测效果,最终选择使用高频率小晶片直探头进行检测,确定了探伤灵敏度及验收准则;并对实际探伤结果进行了统计分析,结果表明,超声波探伤可有效地预防电机轴断裂事故的发生。
Aiming at the problem of axle breakage of HXD3 locomotive traction motor, combined with the design features of motor shaft and the location of fracture, a physical contrast test block of ultrasonic flaw detection was made. Fixed echoes and artificial notch flaw echoes were collected and compared with the detection of low angle probe and straight probe Effect, the final choice to use high-frequency small chip straight probe detection to determine the detection sensitivity and acceptance criteria; and the actual test results were statistically analyzed, the results show that ultrasonic flaw detection can effectively prevent the occurrence of motor shaft rupture.
