[目的]研究了自主开发的种子包衣成膜剂SYFMA001的应用性能,为其用于高性能种衣剂的开发而提供相关的技术参数。[方法]测试了成膜剂SYFMA001的物理化学性能指标,并用其制备了20%福美双?克百威和0.25%戊唑醇悬浮种衣剂,研究了其在玉米、大豆、小麦种子上的包衣效果,并测试了包衣后种子的发芽势和发芽率。[结果]成膜剂SYFMA001的外观良好,性能稳定,包衣效果良好,成膜时间小于5 min,包衣脱落率小于2%,均匀度在90%以上。包衣后种子的发芽率试验结果显示:SYPFMA001对玉米、大豆、小麦种子发芽率没有影响,与对照相当。[结论]SYFMA001是一种性能优良的成膜剂,适宜用于开发性能优良的种衣剂。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the application performance of self-developed seed coating film-forming agent SYFMA001 and provide relevant technical parameters for the development of high-performance seed coating. [Method] The physico-chemical properties of SYFMA001 as membrane-forming agent were tested and 20% thiram and 0.25% tebuconazole seed coating were prepared. The effects of SYFMA001 on corn, soybean and wheat seed The coating effect was tested and the germination potential and germination rate of the coated seeds were tested. [Result] The appearance of SYFMA001 was good, the performance was stable, the coating effect was good, the time of film formation was less than 5 min, the shedding rate of coating was less than 2% and the evenness was over 90%. The germination rate of the seeds after coating showed that SYPFMA001 had no effect on the germination rate of corn, soybean and wheat seeds, which was comparable with the control. [Conclusion] SYFMA001 is an excellent film-forming agent and suitable for the development of seed coating agent with good performance.
