辽河油田开发建设30多年来, 电力工业得到了长足发展。虽然油田电力服务主体对象没有改变,但是营销环节、营销内涵却随着电力市场的变化发生了根本性的转变。随着国家电力体制改革的逐步实施及石油系统的改革深入,如何适应电力供需形势,提升电力营销管理水平,全面兑现真诚服务,最终建立较为完善、适应油田供电公司的电力市场营销体系,是摆在面前的一个新课题,更是打造企业品牌、满足客户需求、规范营销管理的需要。
