本文主要为缓倾斜煤层回采工作面金属支柱选型服务.根据研究认为采场采动后顶板在趋于重新平衡过程中有悬梁与连续梁两种型式,而连续梁的支撑部分即为采场支架、煤层及采空区垮落矸石,这三者成为两种不等高不等强度的基础,用以支撑其上复平衡岩梁,采场顶板下沉必然相应于此岩梁的变形曲线.根据实验证明:若以无工序时顶板下沉速度V作为顶板稳定性指标,则顶板最大下沉量可由S=1.3(35V+60V(1/2)m)式表示,m为采高.关于支架支撑力对顶板下沉量的影响可用双曲线方程表示,支架合理支撑力在顶板中等稳定时可由P=15m-1.86m~2式表示.关于支架合理特性的选择,认为,在薄煤层中以增阻为宜;在一般中厚煤层中以恒阻或高初撑微增阻式支柱为宜.
