目的:探讨偏头痛频发期患者脑干听觉诱发电位( B A E P)改变的病理生理机制及意义。方法:对31 例偏头痛患者进行常规 B A E P检查。结果:测定组异常 17 例(54.8% ),在异常的17 例中单纯ⅢⅤ/ⅠⅢ> 1 为13例;ⅢⅤ/ⅠⅢ> 1 伴Ⅰ波延长 2 例;ⅢⅤ/ⅠⅢ> 1 伴Ⅴ/Ⅰ< 0.5 1 例,Ⅴ/Ⅰ< 0.5 1 例,可以看出除2 例Ⅰ波延长外,主要表现以ⅢⅤ/ⅠⅢ> 1(或伴Ⅴ/Ⅰ< 0.5)为主的异常,而各主波峰潜伏期( P L)、峰间潜伏期( I P L)均在正常范围。结论:偏头痛频发期 B A E P异常表明偏头痛过程脑干听觉通路(脑桥上段到中脑下丘段)及临近结构有神经细胞功能的轻度紊乱或脑血流的异常。
Objective: To investigate the pathophysiological mechanism and its significance of the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potential (B A E P) in patients with frequent migraine attacks. Methods: Twenty-one migraine patients underwent routine B A E P examination. Results: Abnormalities were found in 17 cases (54.8%) in the test group. Thirteen cases of simple ⅢV / ⅠⅢ> 1 were found in 17 cases of abnormal. ⅢⅤ / ⅠⅢ> 1 with Ⅰ wave prolonged in 2 cases. Ⅲ Ⅴ / Ⅰ Ⅲ> 1 with Ⅴ / Ⅰ <0.5 in 1 case, Ⅴ / Ⅰ <0.5 in 1 case, we can see that in addition to 2 cases of Ⅰ wave extension, the main performance of Ⅲ V Ⅰ Ⅲ> 1 (or accompanied Ⅴ / Ⅰ <0.5), while the main peak latency (P L) and peak latency (I P L) were in the normal range. CONCLUSIONS: The abnormalities of B A E P during the migraine headaches indicate mild disturbances of brain function or abnormalities of cerebral blood flow in the auditory brainstem response (migrate to upper midbrain) of the migraine process and adjacent structures.
