根据黄河干流的实际和研究的需要,将全干流分为上、下两个子系统,并以发电量最大为目标建立模型,采用逐步优化算法(POA)进行计算求解。对比分析“有”“无”上游龙刘水库调节时给下游带来的供水及发电补偿效益,并提出了其初步分配方案,为决策部门提供了有效的数据参考依据。
According to the actual situation and research needs of the Yellow River main stream, the whole main stream is divided into upper and lower subsystems, and the model is established with the maximum generating capacity as the objective, and is calculated and solved by a step by step optimization algorithm (POA). The comparative analysis of the benefits of water supply and generation compensation brought by downstream Longliu Reservoir on the upstream of Liuzhou-Liuzhou-Liuzhou-Liuzhou Reservoir has been made and the preliminary distribution plan has been put forward, which provides an effective data reference for decision-making departments.
