目的建立测定两种金丝桃属药用植物乌腺金丝桃、长柱金丝桃中金丝桃苷的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18柱,流动相为甲醇:乙腈:0.025 mol/L磷酸(10:20:70),流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长358 nm,柱温30℃。结果金丝桃苷在0.0062~0.0622 mg范围内,进样量与色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9991);平均回收率为96.41%,RSD=1.27%。结论该法操作简便、准确、稳定性及重复性好,可用于对长柱金丝桃和乌腺金丝桃中金丝桃苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hyperoside in two kinds of Hypericum officinale, Hypericum perforatum and Hypericum perforatum. Methods The column was Zorbax SB-C18. The mobile phase was methanol: acetonitrile: 0.025 mol / L phosphoric acid (10:20:70), the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min, the detection wavelength was 358 nm, 30 ° C. Results The hyperoside showed a good linearity (r = 0.9991) in the range of 0.0062 ~ 0.0622 mg with the average recovery of 96.41% and RSD = 1.27%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, stable and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of hyperoside in Hypericum perforatum and Hypericum perforatum.
