目的:探讨白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、C反应蛋白(CRP)在呼吸道感染患儿血浆中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2009年7月至2013年6月呼吸道感染患儿75例,依据感染类型分为病毒组、支原体组、细菌组,选取同期体检中心健康儿童75例作为对照组,所有受试者采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清IL-5、CRP水平,采用ROC曲线分析IL-5、CRP对小儿呼吸道细菌感染的诊断价值。结果:感染组患儿血清IL-5、CRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在IL-5、CRP水平方面,细菌组>支原体组>病毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,IL-5对小儿呼吸道细菌感染诊断特异度为63.28%,敏感度为72.59%,准确度为74.72%;CRP特异度为67.25%,敏感度为78.16%,准确度为81.26%;IL-5、CRP联合检测特异度为78.54%,敏感度为84.29%,准确度为93.19%。结论:血清IL-5、CRP均可作为小儿呼吸道细菌感染的重要诊断指标,两者联合检测具有更高的特异度、敏感度、准确度。
Objective: To investigate the expression of interleukin-5 (IL-5) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in plasma of children with respiratory tract infection and its clinical significance. Methods: Seventy-five children with respiratory tract infection were selected from July 2009 to June 2013. According to the type of infection, the patients were divided into virus group, mycoplasma group and bacteria group. 75 healthy children in the same period were selected as control group. All subjects were enrolled Serum levels of IL-5 and CRP were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the diagnostic value of IL-5 and CRP in children with respiratory tract bacterial infection was analyzed by ROC curve. Results: The levels of IL-5 and CRP in the infected group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of IL-5 and CRP in the bacterial group, the mycoplasma group and the virus group were statistically different (P0.05) .ROC curve analysis showed that IL-5 had a specificity of 63.28%, a sensitivity of 72.59%, an accuracy of 74.72% and a specificity of 67.25% for the diagnosis of respiratory tract bacterial infection in children. The sensitivity of The accuracy was 81.26%. The specificity of combined detection of IL-5 and CRP was 78.54%, the sensitivity was 84.29% and the accuracy was 93.19%. Conclusion: Serum IL-5 and CRP can be used as important diagnostic indicators of respiratory tract bacterial infections in children, the combination of the two has a higher specificity, sensitivity and accuracy.
