抗菌材料在塑料领域中的应用正呈现出日益迅猛的发展势头。由于化纤纺丝加工工艺的特殊性 ,功能母粒、纤维级抗菌母粒的选用直接影响到成品的原有质量和抗菌效果。纳米级抗菌材料以其独特的细度、耐温性和分散性满足了纺丝工艺的要求。本文将着重介绍我们最新开发的纤维级纳米抗菌材料FUMAT T2 0 0和T2 0 0M抗菌母粒 ,叙述纳米级抗菌材料的制备过程、性能和应用效果。
Antibacterial materials in the field of plastic applications are showing an increasingly rapid development momentum. Due to the particularity of chemical fiber spinning processing technology, the selection of functional masterbatch and fiber grade antibacterial masterbatch directly affects the original quality and antibacterial effect of the finished product. Nanometer antimicrobial material with its unique fineness, temperature resistance and dispersion to meet the requirements of the spinning process. This article will focus on our newly developed Fibers nano-antibacterial materials FUMAT T2 0 0 and T2 0 0M antibacterial masterbatch, describes the preparation of nano-antibacterial materials, performance and application results.
