为鉴定长春市某渔场团头鲂致病菌,从患病团头鲂肝中分离到细菌JLTP-1608,经形态学观察、生理生化试验、16S r RNA和管家基因序列测定、系统发育学分析,鉴定为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌。致病性试验结果表明,分离菌JLTP-1608对团头鲂、斑马鱼和小鼠均具有致病性,且团头鲂与斑马鱼的临床症状与自然病例相似。药敏试验结果显示,分离菌JLTP-1608对头孢噻肟、呋喃妥因、丁胺卡那霉素、氟苯尼考等药物敏感。本研究为团头鲂感染弗氏柠檬酸杆菌的鉴定及治疗提供了理论依据。
In order to identify the pathogen of Bocyadius niloticus in a fishing ground in Changchun City, bacterial JLTP-1608 was isolated from diseased Taraxodon japonicus. The morphological observation, physiological and biochemical tests, 16S rRNA and housekeeping gene sequence analysis, phylogenetic analysis , Identified as Citrobacter freundii. The pathogenicity test results showed that the isolates JLTP-1608 were pathogenic to bream, zebrafish and mice, and the clinical symptoms of bream and zebrafish were similar to those of natural cases. Susceptibility test results showed that the isolate JLTP-1608 sensitive to cefotaxime, nitrofurantoin, amikacin, florfenicol and other drugs. This study provides a theoretical basis for the identification and treatment of Citrobacter freundii infection.
