回应《慎对离职引发的劳动争议》(2013年第10期案例)2013年10月4日,我国台湾地区台湾医疗改革基金会公布台21家违反《劳动基准法》的医院名单,涉及9县市,21家医疗机构被点名批评。违规原因包括延长的工作时间超过法令规定、未依规定增加工资、工资没有全额直接给付劳工、未依规定逐日记载劳工出勤情形、加班费及假日工资未给付等。卫生福利部长邱文达表示对此将积极努力改善。
Response to “Prudent Labor Dispute Caused by Resignation” (Issue 10, 2013) On October 4, 2013, Taiwan’s Taiwan Foundation for Medical Care Reform announced that 21 hospitals in Taiwan violated the Labor Standards Law, involving 9 counties City, 21 medical institutions were named criticism. The reasons for non-compliance included prolonged working hours exceeding the statutory requirements, failure to increase wages according to the regulations, direct payment of wages to workers not paid in full amount, absence of workers from daily recording of work attendance, overtime pay and holiday pay not paid. Health and Welfare Minister Qiu Wenda said that it will make active efforts to improve it.
