从教以来,我一直从事语文教学工作,也担任过十几年的班主任,这期间有得也有失,有喜也有忧。我校地处城乡接壤处,生源大多是矿区的孩子,伴随着学校移交地方的脚步声,不少周围乡村的孩子转入我校。但对从乡村转来的学生中,成绩竟然出现零分的现象,确实令不少老师忧心忡忡。这些孩子真的无可救药吗?成绩就真的不能提上去吗?本文结合我多年的教学经验,谈几点体会与大家共勉。
Since teaching, I have been engaged in language teaching, but also served as a class teacher for more than a decade, during which there are gains and losses, there are hi and worry. My school is located at the border between urban and rural areas, most of the students are mine children, accompanied by the transfer of footsteps of the school place, many children from surrounding villages into my school. However, among the students who were transferred from the rural areas, scores of scores actually turned out to be zero. Indeed, many teachers are worried. Are these children really hopeless? The grades really can not be mentioned? This article combined my years of teaching experience, talk about how to understand and we encourage each other.
