为了更好地开发利用补血草属植物,获得新的种间杂种,并为杂种的进一步筛选以及优异性状新种质的获得打下基础,以二色补血草为母本,黄花补血草为父本进行杂交实验,通过形态学观察及SRAP分子标记对杂交后代进行鉴定和分析。本实验共获得11株杂交后代,经形态学观察表明,杂交种的生长习性与母本一致,花萼色与父本一致,而其叶幅、叶数、茎木质化程度和开花次数等多数性状介于父母本之间;SRAP分子标记对杂交后代及父母本扩增共得到91个DNA片段,其中11个是亲本和杂种后代共有的,80条为多态性带,占88%;并且所有杂种后代均具有亲本的扩增片段,为真杂种。杂种F1-6、7和11号性状优良,可通过组培繁殖形成无性系,作为补血草新类型推广。
In order to better develop and utilize Limonium, obtain new interspecific hybrids and lay a foundation for the further screening of hybrids and access to new germplasm with excellent traits. Using Limonium bicolor as the female parent and Limonium sinense as the male parent Hybridization experiments were carried out to identify and analyze hybrid progeny by morphological observation and SRAP molecular markers. A total of 11 hybrid progenies were obtained in this study. Morphological observation showed that the growth habits of the hybrids was consistent with that of the female parent, and the calyx color was consistent with that of the male parent. Most of traits such as leaf number, leaf number, stem lignification and flowering frequency Between parents; SRAP molecular markers for hybrids and parents amplified 91 DNA fragments were amplified, of which 11 were common to parents and hybrid offspring, 80 were polymorphic bands, accounting for 88%; and all Hybrid offspring all have parental amplified fragments, are true hybrids. Hybrids F1-6, 7 and 11 have excellent traits that can be propagated through tissue culture to form clones, which is promoted as a new type of Limonium.
