目的探讨自动顶空毛细管气相色谱法同时测定水中11种苯系物和卤代烃的方法。方法在GB/T 5750—2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》中苯系物的检测方法基础上,对实验方法进行优化,样品经过自动顶空仪的富集,经FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果本实验色谱升温程序为:以5℃/min的升温速率,从40℃升到60℃,保留5 min;选择分流比5∶1,流速为2.0 mL/min。该方法可同时分离水中氯乙烯、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、苯、甲苯、1,2-二氯乙烷、乙苯、对-二甲苯、间-二甲苯、异丙苯、邻-二甲苯和苯乙烯等11种苯系物和卤代烃,其相关系数为0.996 6~0.999 6,精密度在2.92%~4.95%之间,加标回收率在95.5%~107.1%之间,检出限在0.7~10.0μg/L之间。结论该方法灵敏度高、精密度好、准确,能满足实验室对水中多种挥发性有机毒物的测定要求。
Objective To investigate a method for simultaneous determination of 11 kinds of benzene series and halogenated hydrocarbons in water by automatic headspace capillary gas chromatography. Methods Based on the detection method of benzene series in GB / T 5750-2006 Standard Test Method for Domestic Drinking Water, the experimental method was optimized. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good precision and accuracy, and can meet the laboratory requirements for determination of a variety of volatile organic toxicants in water.
