真空容器室是用于放置各类试验设备,搭载各类试验平台并且主要承受外压力的容器。作为真空系统中主要部件之一,真空系统的结构设计对于真空容器的结构强度有着很高的要求。阐述了真空容器室在设计过程中的壁厚,外压校核,加强圈校核等计算方法,在此基础上运用Visual Studio2015对真空容器计算部分进行了相应的代码编写,经过调试与修改,编译生成EXE文件,最终完成软件开发。软件界面清晰、计算结果精确,为工程实践提供参考。
Vacuum container room is used to place various types of test equipment, equipped with various types of test platform and the main external pressure to withstand the container. As one of the main components of a vacuum system, the structural design of the vacuum system has a high requirement on the structural strength of the vacuum container. The calculation methods of wall thickness, external pressure checking and strengthening circle checking in the process of vacuum container chamber are expounded. On the basis of this, Visual Studio 2015 is used to code the calculation part of vacuum container. After debugging and modification, Compile the generated EXE file, and ultimately completed the software development. Software interface is clear, accurate calculation results, provide reference for engineering practice.
