吕四渔场滨江临海，地理位置和江海水产资源条件得天独厚。浩瀚富饶的吕四渔场就在“家门口”，常见的鱼虾贝藻类资源３００余种，自古有“日产一头金牛”之说。但由于诸多因素影响，渔区发展面临以下问题，严重制约渔业增产、渔民增收。一、制约渔业增效、渔民增收的主要因素
