确定了家庭臭氧发生器和紫外辐射微波炉联合使用的5种快速饮前消毒方式对杯量饮用水进行消毒的效果。消毒效果的评价采用异养菌平板计数(倾注法和涂布法,R2A培养基37℃培养72 h)。O_3/UV顺序各5 s通常可减少菌落数90%以上,最高可达99.9%;单独UV辐射5 s的效果虽然明显不如O_3/UV,但去除率也经常高于90%;O_3&UV同时5 s略好于UV/O_3顺序各5 s,二者的去除率通常在50%以上;5 s单独O_3则时常会增加菌落数。5种方法的消毒效果比较表明,臭氧与紫外辐射在常温下的O_3/UV和UV&O_3两种联合消毒方式中显现出了协同效应。
