随着社会经济不断发展,现代企业的用人形式愈发灵活,其中劳务外包和劳务派遣就是两种典型的灵活用工形式。二者虽然同属于企业用工形式,但其实际内涵具有较大差异。企业针对非核心业务和非核心岗位,合理选择劳务外包及劳务派遣的用工形式,有助于优化内部人力资源结构、降低企业运营成本、提高企业运行效率,但同时也需要注意区分两种用工形式的异同,以避免不必要的法律风险。
