煤矿企业人力资源管理是对从事煤炭生产经营工作的人员进行计划、组织、指挥、协调和控制,以实现组织目标的过程。煤矿企业人力资源开发是对内部员工及可被利用的社会上的人力资源,采取能力开发战略、进行开放式教育、加强潜力挖掘、确保能力利用效果的一系列活动的总称。文章通过研究煤矿企业人力资源管理的现状,从中得出传统煤炭企业人力资源管理方法中存在的不足,并针对这些不足,结合现代企业制度对煤炭企业人力资源管理的要求和先进的人力资源管理理念,提出了煤炭企业在人力资源管理方面应该采取的对策。
Human resources management in coal mine enterprises is the process of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling personnel engaged in coal production and management in order to achieve organizational goals. Human resources development in coal mining enterprises is a general term for a series of activities that take the strategy of capability development, open education, potential digging and ensuring the ability to use the resources to internal staff and human resources in the society that can be utilized. By studying the current situation of human resources management in coal mining enterprises, the article draws the shortcoming of the traditional coal enterprises’ human resources management methods. In view of these shortcomings, combining the requirements of modern enterprise system for human resources management of coal enterprises and advanced human resources management concepts , Put forward the countermeasure that the coal enterprise should take in the human resources management aspect.
