研究了新试剂 2 ,6 二溴 4 氯基偶氮羧胂 (DBCCA)与铋的显色反应。在硫酸和磷酸的混酸介质中 ,铋与DBCCA发生灵敏的显色反应形成蓝色络合物 ,其最大吸收峰位于 63 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 0 3 1× 10 5,在 2 5mL溶液中 ,铋质量在 0~ 2 5 μg符合比尔定律 ;DBCCA与铋的显色反应迅速 ,络合物的吸光度至少可以稳定 2 4h。此外 ,该方法具有良好的选择性 ,尤其是大量铜不干扰微量铋的测定 ,可用于铜合金中痕量铋的直接测定。
The color reaction of DBCCA with bismuth was studied with a new reagent, 2,6-dibromo-4-chloroazo-arsine (DBCCA). In sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid mixed acid medium, bismuth and DBCCA sensitive color reaction to form a blue complex, the maximum absorption peak at 63 0nm, the apparent molar absorptivity of 2 0 3 1 × 10 5, in 2 5mL In the solution, the mass of bismuth is 0 ~ 25 μg and Beer’s Law is obeyed. The color reaction of DBCCA and bismuth is rapid, and the absorbance of the complex can be stabilized for at least 24 h. In addition, the method has good selectivity, especially the large amount of copper does not interfere with the determination of trace bismuth, which can be used for the direct determination of trace bismuth in copper alloy.
