目的:研究连翘超微粉与普通粉连续灌胃给药4周对大鼠的毒性。方法:将140只大鼠随机分为7组:药物组大鼠分别灌胃连翘超微粉与普通粉4、8、16g/kg,对照组大鼠灌胃相同体积的纯净水,给药4周后,每组随机抽取10只大鼠,进行生化检测和病理解剖;剩余的动物在停药2周后进行可逆性实验检测。结果:连翘超微粉与普通粉对大鼠的血液生化学指标无明显的毒性,对大鼠的脏器形态学检查亦未发现有明显损伤性毒性变化。结论:连翘超微粉与普通粉长期服用毒性低,临床用药安全。
OBJECTIVE: To study the toxicity of forsythia superfine powder and common powder to rats after continuous gavage for 4 weeks. Methods: 140 rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: the rats in the drug group were treated with forsythia superfine powder and ordinary powder at 4, 8 and 16 g / kg, respectively. The rats in the control group were given the same volume of pure water, Weekly, each group randomly selected 10 rats for biochemical detection and pathological anatomy; the rest of the animals in the withdrawal of 2 weeks after the reversible test. Results: Forsythia superfine powder and common powder had no obvious toxicity on the blood biochemical indexes in rats, and no significant changes in the morphological examination of the organs were found. Conclusion: Forsythia superfine powder and common powder long-term use of low toxicity, clinical drug safety.
