本文观察了应用537酸性蛋白酶在55例慢支、肺气肿,早期肺心病患者的疗效,经二个冬春季的临床验证,服药期间停用其它任何药物,结果病人的咳、痰、喘症状好转较明显,止咳、祛痰的有效率53例(96.37％)客观指标中的胸透、心电图、血气分析及肺通气功能改善较少,有效率占20％左右。537酸性蛋白酶pH=3,对痰液有稀释作用,使痰易于咳出,它还有裂解酸性粘多醣纤维的作用,使脓性痰部分转为白痰,本组占16.3％。它具有祛痰、镇咳、消炎效益。537酸性蛋白酶还能帮助消化促进粘液分泌,17例(占30.9％)患者
