编辑同志:前不久,就企业职工教育培训工作,我们到基层同部分人员进行了座谈,作了详细了解和调查研究。大家普遍认为:一是基层领导对职工教育培训工作不重视,有时挂在嘴边讲讲,那不过是给别人听听而已,更无长远规划和打算。二是对上级教培任务抓落实不力。有时安排指标选调职工参加培训,能有种种理由不让其参加。对本单位职工培训更无从下手抓起。三是基层单位是企业施工的操作层,教育经费有限,授课老师无着落。四是上级举办的层次较高的岗位培训,可能因指标有限,队里的工程技术管理干部望尘莫及。结合在调查中大家反映的问题和建议我们认为今后企业基层职工培训应注重做好以下几点:
