目的 探讨枸杞油胶丸对高脂饲料饲养大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法 将大鼠按基础血清总胆固醇水平分为高脂对照组和低、中、高剂量实验组。实验期间 ,所有大鼠均饲以高脂饲料 ,低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予0 1、 0 2、 0 6g/(kg·bw)剂量的枸杞油胶丸 ,对照组灌胃给予等体积的植物油 ,连续 3 0d后 ,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)。结果 0 1g/(kg·bw)剂量能显著降低血清TC水平(P <0 0 5 ) ,0 6g/(kg·bw)剂量能显著降低血清TG水平 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,较高脂对照组分别下降了 19 6%、 3 5 0 % ,受试物对血清HDL -C水平无显著影响 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 枸杞油胶丸对大鼠血脂升高有一定的阻抑作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qianyou capsule on blood lipid levels in rats fed with high fat diet. Methods Rats were divided into high-fat control group and low-, middle-, and high-dose experimental groups according to their basic serum total cholesterol levels. During the experiment, all rats were fed with high-fat diet, low-, medium-, and high-dose groups were intragastrically administered 0.01, 0.2, and 0.6g/(kg·bw) doses of oyster jelly capsules, and the control group was given intragastrically. After 30 days of equal volume of vegetable oil, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured. Results 0 1g/(kg·bw) doses significantly reduced serum TC levels (P <0 05), 0 6g/(kg · bw) doses could significantly reduce serum TG levels, and there was a significant difference compared with the control group ( P <0 05), the higher-lipid control group decreased 19%, 35%, respectively, and the test substance had no significant effect on serum HDL-C levels (P > 0 05). Conclusion Qianyou capsule has a certain inhibitory effect on the increase of blood lipid in rats.
