为了保证水工构筑物的混凝土能有整体性,按照技术规范,我们的许多大型水利工程都需要在建筑缝内的混凝土面上凿毛。这个工作一般都不能实行机械化,而需要花费大量的人力。为了易于工作起见,往往在混凝土还未十分凝固以前就进行刷毛,这就使得混凝土面层出现裂缝,并因此而使面层虚弱。于是产生这样一个问题,这个工作是否合理呢,也就是,凿毛工作是否真能保证大型段块间建筑缝的整体性呢?
In order to ensure the integrity of the concrete in the hydraulic structures, many of our large hydraulic projects require chiseling on concrete surfaces in the construction seams according to the technical specifications. This work is generally not mechanized, and requires a lot of manpower. For ease of work, bristles are often applied before the concrete is not sufficiently solidified, which causes cracks in the concrete surface and, as a result, weakness of the surface. So there is such a problem, this work is reasonable, that is, chiseling work really can guarantee the integrity of the construction of large sections of the seam it?
