肺癌患者的细胞免疫功能改变,常表现为循环淋巴细胞总数减少,以及功能亚群的百分比改变。免疫活性的降低,归咎予肿瘤的生物效应、病变的程度或营养不良。资料肺癌组54例,其中39例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC),包括早期(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)23例,晚期(Ⅲ期)16例;15例小细胞肺癌(SCLC)。肺癌组中47例未接受过任何治疗,7例分别接受过放疗或/和化疗。全部病人无肺炎或病毒感染。对照组40例,均为男性,其中非吸烟组10例,吸烟组30例均无免疫缺陷疾病或
Changes in cellular immune function in patients with lung cancer are often manifested by a decrease in the total number of circulating lymphocytes and a change in the percentage of functional subpopulations. The decrease in immune activity is attributed to the biological effects of the tumor, the extent of the lesion, or malnutrition. Data 54 patients with lung cancer, of which 39 cases of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including early (stage I, II) 23 cases, advanced (phase III) 16 cases; 15 cases of small cell lung cancer (SCLC). 47 patients in the lung cancer group had not received any treatment, and 7 patients received radiotherapy or/and chemotherapy, respectively. All patients did not have pneumonia or viral infections. In the control group, 40 cases were all males, including 10 non-smoking groups and 30 smoking groups without immunodeficiency diseases or
