旧水泥混凝土路面上加铺沥青混凝土或水泥混凝土路面,是一种具有成本效益且技术可靠的大修工程方案。本文试图基于实际工程经验,采用简化的有限元数值计算方法,分析若干措施处理后的旧水泥混凝土路面上加铺不同厚度不同混合料类型沥青混凝土时,各有关结构层次中的应变效应,得出调平层及其上土工布隔离层具有一定的延缓反射裂缝的效果;复合式加铺层结构在整个体系中具有应力吸收效应;结合可施工性,推荐改性沥青加普通沥青混合料及调平层土工布隔离的复合式加铺层结构。
The addition of asphalt concrete or cement concrete pavement to old cement concrete pavements is a cost-effective and reliable technical overhaul project. In this paper, based on the practical engineering experience, the simplified finite element method is used to analyze the strain effects in various structural levels when different proportions of asphalt concrete of different thicknesses are added to the old cement concrete pavement treated by several measures. The leveling layer and the geotextile isolation layer have the effect of retarding the reflective cracking; the composite overlay structure has the stress absorption effect in the whole system; in combination with the workability, it is recommended that the modified asphalt be added with the ordinary asphalt mixture and be leveled Layer geotextile composite composite overlay structure.
