目的:采用L9(34)正交试验法优化黄芩提取物的带式干燥工艺。方法:以黄芩苷含量和提取物收率为评价指标,选择加热温度、履带转速、进料流量为考察因素,筛选黄芩提取物的最佳带式干燥工艺。结果:最佳干燥工艺为:加热温度为115℃,进料流量为20L/h,履带转速为160mm/min。结论:带式干燥法干燥黄芩提取物可最大限度地保留黄芩苷成分,收率稳定,适用于大规模工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize the strip drying process of Scutellaria baicalensis extract by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Methods: Taking the baicalin content and the yield of the extract as the evaluation index, the heating temperature, the speed of the crawler and the flow rate of the feedstock were selected as the investigation factors to screen the optimum belt drying process of the extract of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Results: The optimum drying process was as follows: the heating temperature was 115 ℃, the feed flow rate was 20L / h and the speed of the crawler was 160mm / min. CONCLUSION: Drying of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by belt drying method can keep the baicalin composition to a maximum extent and has stable yield and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
