柴油机配气相位故障原因有两类:一是凸轮轴本身弯曲、变形、磨损,导致各缸气门开启与关闭角度不一致或各缸气门工作持续角不对;二是各缸气门工作持续角虽正确,但全部气门开闭时刻均提早或推迟。前一类故障比较直观,可从检查凸轮轴和装配调整过程中发现,后一类故障则比较复杂。本文介绍一种简便易行、适合一般中小修理单位采用的通用检测方法。
There are two types of diesel engine gas phase failure reasons: First, the camshaft itself bending, deformation, wear, resulting in each cylinder valve opening and closing angle is inconsistent or the cylinder valve continuous angle wrong; second cylinder valve work continued angle is correct, However, all the valve opening and closing moments are earlier or delayed. The former type of fault is more intuitive and can be found during the inspection of the camshaft and the assembly adjustment process. The latter type of fault is more complicated. This article describes a simple and easy to adapt to the general detection methods used by small and medium repair units.
