针对存在异质用户的弹性需求交通网络,当用户时间价值呈离散分布时,给出了系统时间最优和系统费用最优的双准则优化模型及其帕累托有效前沿.证明了存在正的匿名路段收费方案.支持除系统时间最优解之外的其他帕累托解与多用户均衡解达到一致,分析了帕累托最优解处的系统性能与各自的单目标最优系统性能之间的偏差.研究表明,该偏差的上界仅依赖于用户的时间价值分布,而与路段流量分布和路段出行时间函数无关.
Aiming at the flexible demand traffic network with heterogeneous users, when the users’ time value is discretely distributed, a two-criteria optimization model with optimal system time and system cost and its Pareto efficient frontier is given. It is proved that there is a positive Anonymous road toll scheme, which supports other Pareto solutions and multi-user equilibrium solutions except the optimal system time, and analyzes the system performance of Pareto optimal solution and their respective single-target optimal system performance The research shows that the upper bound of the deviation depends only on the distribution of users’ time value, but not related to the distribution of road traffic flow and the travel time function of link.
