2009年在水稻穗期进行了不同杀虫药剂防治大螟的田间试验。结果表明:在卵孵盛期用20%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC150g/hm2,1次用药可控制全代大螟的危害,控害效果达97%以上。在低龄幼虫盛期,用4.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EC2250g/hm2,对大螟幼虫可达到90%以上的杀虫效果。用2250g/hm2的50%稻丰散EC、40%二嗪·辛硫磷EC、20%阿维·二嗪磷EC,无论在大螟的卵孵盛期或是在低龄幼虫盛期用药,控害与杀虫效果均达到80%以上。
