近年来,中国大学生体质的逐渐下降,已经成了大家普遍关注的问题,提高大学生身体素质已迫在眉睫。文章运用实验法、对比分析法对长拳和太极拳对大学生体质的影响进行比对,将受试学生分成四组,进行不同内容的教学,实验结果得出:长拳和太极拳对大学生的体质都有干预作用。太极拳在对大学生呼吸系统的影响比长拳更显著;对大学生身体素质影响方面长拳的干预作用要优于太极拳。
In recent years, gradual decline of Chinese college students’ physique has become a common concern of all people. It is imminent to improve the physical quality of college students. The article compares the impact of Changquan and Taijiquan on the physique of college students by using the method of experiment and comparative analysis, divides the students into four groups and conducts the teaching of different contents. The result of the experiment shows that Changquan and Taijiquan are good candidates for college students’ Physique has an intervention. Tai Chi on the respiratory system of college students more pronounced than the Chang Quan; on the physical quality of college students in the intervention of Chang Quan is better than Taijiquan.
