研究主要运用问卷调查法,对陕西省澄城县农村基础教育满意度从政府职责履行、学校管理、师资力量与教育效果等方面进行了实证研究。结果表明,公众对政府职责的履行、教育效果的满意度较低,对学校管理、师资力量的满意度较高,同时被调查者自身的年龄、职业、收入等因素也对教育满意度产生显著性差异,尤其是西部农村基础教育在教育费用、学生心理健康、家校合作等方面存在着严峻问题。西部农村基础教育要提高教育满意度,应当从加大资金投入、优化办学理念、提高师资队伍水平、关注弱势群体以及适应新农村建设等方面着手,努力办好人民满意的教育。
The research mainly uses the questionnaire survey to make an empirical study on the satisfaction of rural basic education in Chengcheng County, Shaanxi Province from aspects of the performance of government duties, school management, faculty strength and educational effect. The results show that the public are less satisfied with the performance of government duties and educational effects, with higher satisfaction with the school management and teachers ’ability. At the same time, the respondents’ own age, occupation, income and other factors also have significant effects on education satisfaction In particular, the basic education in rural areas in western China poses serious problems in terms of education costs, mental health of students, and cooperation between home and school. In order to improve education satisfaction, basic education in rural areas of western China should make every effort to improve people’s satisfaction education by increasing capital investment, optimizing the concept of running a school, raising the level of teaching staff, paying attention to vulnerable groups and adapting to new rural construction.
