本文就1990年以来国家教育发展中关于继续教育特别是中小学继续教育的相关文件进行了收集梳理分析。按时间先后分了三个阶段,第一阶段(1990-2000年),中小学继续教育逐渐由学历教育向继续教育过渡;第二阶段(2001-2010年),主要是在新课程改革的背景下,实行了以“三新一德”为主的教师继续教育;第三阶段以全面落实教育规划纲要、建设高素质专业化教师队伍为目标,并首次提出了重点加强集中连片特困地区教育和教师队伍建设的要求。
This article collected and analyzed the relevant documents about continuing education, especially the continuing education of primary and secondary schools in the national education development since 1990.
